Bad streak changes AGCap team's plans for S39

Written by AGCap at 16:43 8/2-2017

Our team had a rough patch over the last weekend with 2 riders getting injuries in a race on Saturday, Day 66, including our captain Antis Grauds. This has significantly impacted our morale and team spirit.

On top of that, on Sunday, Day 67, our rising star Ted Bouma has maxed his VG TQ potential at 80.

So, instead of trying to repeat our last year's podium at Tour la Malta, and instead of trying our luck on the Fast on Wheels Tour, our team will take somewhat of a break, letting the leading riders to recover and maybe even intentionally relegating to Div 6. This will probably also prolong the training process for Bouma.

Anyway, the team's management believes that such turbulent times will eventually make the team stronger and will allow us to get at least a couple of results in Div 6.
